GW12 Captain Rankings

These are the forecast top 10 players for Gameweek 12.  I have made a fair number of changes to the forecast model in the last week or two and will have more on this in general next week.  The presence of a trio of Liverpool players is down to a good but as always fragile lean sheet potential added to some attacking threat.

On the forum I canvased opinion on a set of provisional rankings to add expert opinion alongside the objective one form via the stats alone.  I want to give a big thanks to the guys who got involved with this.  Cheers :)

The discussion generally favoured Luis Suarez as well as suggesting a few players not identified by the prediction model, most notably Jelavic @ Reading and Giroud hosting Tottenham.  Do check out the forum and get involved.  There is plenty to share, learn and discuss about this great game we play.

There are certainly questions marks over Aguero's start this weekend.  RVP currently has an ominous yellow injury flag against him on FPL, but I think he'll play, and Newcastle could well be without some key players in midfield agaisnt a Swansea team who reminded us they could defened a few weeks back versus Man City.  And don't forget Wigan put in a great performance against Tottenham not long ago.  Could they upset Liverpool too?  Always a touch call this Captain lark.

Personally from the above list I own Ba, Fellaini and Berbatov so am in a fairly comfortable place overall.  I'm leaning toward Berbatov for my captaincy at the moment.

For the  longer term view, beeow is my updated Captain's Matrix for the next 6 weeks.  Suarez and Van Persie dominate.  Any questions, let me know, otherwise it's over to you.  How are your Captains lined up fro the next few weeks?
